Group Bookings

Carter Cottages are perfectly located only 1km from Werribee CBD where you will find many restaurants, cafes, business and retail outlets, we are minutes walk to Werribee Train Station which takes you to Melbourne CBD.

Carter Cottages caters for up to 43 guests within the grounds where parking facilities are available. The various sleeping confirgurations will suit any group big or small.

The Cottages have a unique outdoor entertaining area for ideal photos and gatherings suitable for small weddings.

Cottage 1 has a large kitchen dining area that caters for up 40 seated guests, more if buffett style.

Outdoor laundry facilities are provided for your convenience at no extra cost.

Group Terms & Conditions

1. Guests must call 0424 867 259 on arrival

2. Strictly minimal alcohol, if under age no alcohol.

3. No noise past 10:00pm.

4. Other guests must be considered, using their bathroom facilities is strictly prohibited.

5. Parking is available for 1 car per room; other cars must use street parking.

6. All excess rubbish must be disposed of in outside bins.

6.1 Your room charge only covers the normal expected cleaning which is breakfast dishes anything else the group is expected to clean.

6.2 Rubbish removal is normal breakfast wrapping etc, not additional food, drinks or shopping extras.

6.3 External bins are provided for your use.

7. A cleaning charge will be applied if necessary to return rooms to a suitable state where groups have not complied with acceptable behavioral standards.

8. Only 4 people in SPA at one time and SPA rules must be adhered too.

9. SPA settings (temperature) must not be altered as this alters the recommended water conditions.

10. Carter Cottages does not accept any responsibility for willful damage or security of personal items.

11. Lost property is placed in a specified area and if required to be sent is the responsibility of the guest.

12. Any willful damage to the rooms, furniture or loss of keys will be charged to the group.

13. Pets are not allowed.

14. If a room is occupied past the check out time of 10:00am a late checkout fee will be charged unless other arrangements have been made.

15. Management reserves the right to evict any guest and or visitor who does not comply with acceptable behavioral standards.

16. Smoking is strictly prohibited at any indoor building of the cottages or doorways, please note ashtrays.

17. Uninvited guests are the responsibility of the group leader and dealt with promptly.

18. Furniture must not be moved without prior permission.

19. Bath towels are to be provided by guests when in large groups, hand, face and floor mats provided by provider.

20. For groups a bond may apply and must be paid by credit card 72 hours in advance or cheque 14 days in advance and refunded (same manner) once the premises have been inspected by management or staff and if deemed to be suitable.

Suitable means:

20.1 No excess rubbish.

20.2 No broken furniture, glassware, crockery etc.

20.3 No soiled linen due to extra ordinary use.

20.4 No mud or dirt indoors or on carpet area.

20.5 Management reserved the right to include additional items where they see fit.

21. Spillage of food must be cleaned up immediately to prevent any accidents.

22. Table linen must be used at all times to prevent damage to tables.

23. Normal walking shoes to be worn indoors, sporting shoes with spikes etc are forbidden.
